Restaurant Klara is our own restaurant that focuses on using the natural ingredients that are available in Sörmland, both from the wild and the cultivated. We are proud of our traditions but at the same time strive to innovate and develop our cuisine. We are ambitious and thorough but always playful and exploratory in our cooking, which is regionally inspired but with influences from around the world.

During the growing season, we work intensively with nature's changing supply and preserve as much as possible in the process. We are proud to serve a small piece of Sörmland's nature on our plates all year round by growing, harvesting, preserving and serving with love for the region.

Our generous Bar & Lounge accommodates everything from informal meetings, after-work gatherings and party nights. You can mingle around the bar, cozy up on the sofas or maybe play a little table tennis with your friends. Many exciting drinks, fun winemakers and brewers have been given a place in our fridges. The bar has perhaps the city's largest selection for all Whiskey lovers. The bar & lounge is located on the entrance level by the lobby. We arrange VIP mingling & AW in the Lounge.
