To make your stay with us as easy and comfortable as possible, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions and answers. Read through our FAQ page to find answers to everything from check-in times and parking options to our facilities and nearby attractions.   • Is parking available?
    Yes, there are 200 parking spaces outside the hotel entrance. Aimo Park offers guests and visitors to the hotel free parking upon correct registration in Aimo Park's screens. The screens are at the reception on the entrance floor, at the reception at the gym on floor 2 and at the reception at the conference on floor 3. As Sunlight Hotell does not operate parking, personal responsibility applies when registering parking.
  • Is it possible to charge your electric car?
    Yes, there are four charging poles in the car park. You activate the posts using the Chargenode app. Remember to move your car when it is fully charged so that more people can charge their electric cars during their stay. There is no possibility to pre-book a charging station.
  • Does the pool access come with booking a hotel room?
    Yes, when you book a room with us, access to our 25m pool is included. The pool is open every day from 04:45 AM to 10:00 PM. You can find the pool on the 2nd floor, and you can access it with your room key card. The swimming pool is intended for relaxation, water exercises, and gentle workouts (age limit 18+). But for those who want to play and have fun in the pool, we offer family times when even those under 18 are welcome. These times are: Monday-Sunday: 08:30 - 09:45 12:15 - 13:15 (this time applies only during holiday weeks) 15:30 - 17:30 19:30 - 20:45
  • When is the check-in and check-out?
    The regular check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early and late check-out options are available for those who have booked directly through our website. here If you haven't booked through our website, our reception will gladly assist you in adding early and late check-out options.   • How long is the reception open?
    Our reception is located on the ground floor and is open 24/7. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to stop by the reception, and we will assist you as best we can.   • Do you accept cash?
    No, Sunlight Hotell is a cash-free hotel.
  • Is the hotel handicap friendly?
    2 of our hotel rooms are handicap-friendly with alarm and toilet. Handicap-friendly toilets are available at the reception near the restaurant and bar and on floors 2 and 4. In our gym and spa, you have the option of getting around with a wheelchair and there are railings down to the pool that can be used as support to get in and out of the pool. However, certain spaces such as changing rooms may be crowded during certain times for accessibility.
  • Sustainability and the environment?
    We are a Green Key-labeled hotel and constantly work on development around sustainability and environmental issues. The Green Key label has existed for nearly 30 years and is today an international leading environmental label for facilities in the hospitality industry.   • I forgot something during my stay, have you found it?
    How sad that you forgot or lost something during your stay. Maybe we have found it? Contact us at and describe what you have forgotten. Please describe which room you stayed in and when you checked out, it makes it easier for us in our search.
  • What about holidays?
    We have the hotel open 365 days a year. Except: The restaurant's a la carte menu is closed on the Midsummer and Christmas weekends, but a bar menu is available for you.
