Our spacious Bar & Lounge is the perfect place for everything from laid-back moments and after-work drinks to evenings with a little more energy.
Settle into one of our sofas, meet over something good from the bar or challenge your company to a game of shuffleboard, darts or one of our board games.

Make time for a little movement during your stay!
Everyone aged 18 and over is welcome in our gym, whether you’re a beginner or a regular.
You’ll find both strength and cardio equipment for everything from a gentle morning workout to a more challenging training session. As a conference guest, you have access to the gym throughout your stay.
Spa
Take a break and unwind for a while in our SPA on the 2nd floor. Warm pools, a sauna, salt room and relaxing spaces are waiting for you.

Fancy a walk or a run? Here you’ll find maps with routes starting directly from the hotel. If you need recommendations or help along the way, our reception team is always happy to help.

Housekeeping
Would you like your room cleaned during your stay?
Hang the “Room Cleaning Requested” sign on your door handle no later than 11:00 on the same day.
As a Green Key-certified hotel, we actively work towards a more sustainable hotel experience. By choosing housekeeping only when you need it, you help us reduce our environmental impact.

Smoking at the Hotel
Sunlight Hotel is completely smoke-free indoors. This applies to all hotel rooms and public areas. Smoking is also prohibited on balconies. Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated smoking areas.
Please note that smoking in hotel rooms, on balconies or in public areas may result in a cleaning fee. If smoking causes the fire alarm to be activated, the guest will be charged SEK 15,000.
Dogs at the Hotel
Four-legged guests are warmly welcome at Sunlight!
Your dog is welcome to join you at Restaurant Klara – just let us know when booking your table and we’ll arrange a place in our dog-friendly area. One of our outdoor terraces is also dog-friendly.
There are plenty of lovely walking routes around the hotel. Feel free to ask reception for recommendations.
Good to know: Dogs must be kept on a lead both inside and around the hotel, so that all our guests can feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.
